How many bedrooms are available in your rental homes?

We have two and three bedrooms available in our mid-rise (Eagle Pond Townhouses), ranch (Silverbrooke Villa) and townhouses (Silverbrooke Villa and Eagle Pond Townhouses

Do any of your rental homes have extra space for storage?

All of our rental homes provide an abundance of storage space within the unit.  Silverbrooke Villa has one and two car garages which are often used for extra storage.  Eagle Pond Townhouses and Silverbrooke Villa offer a utitilies rooms for extra storage.  Eagle Pond Heights offers storage lockers for a nominal fee.

Are any of your rental communities pet friendly?

YES!  Both Silverbrook Villa and Eagle Pond Townhouses have rental homes that welcome pets. However, we allow only ONE dog or ONE cat.  the dog or cat must be NO MORE THAN 50 pounds and NO TALLER THAN 24" at full growth.  All cats must be declawed and neutered or spayed.

What do I need to apply?

To apply for any of our rental homes, you will need to complete an application for lease rental.  Once we have your completed application, we will run a credit report.  You will also need to provide us with proof of income, a current drivers license or government provided ID.

What is included in the rental of my apartment home?

Your rental includes a covered carport or one or two car garage (depending on the unit) at Silverbrooke Villa.  A covered carport is included at Eagle Pond Townhouses. Water is included.  Other utlities are at your expense.  All of our communites include maintenance free living and 24 hour emergency maintenance service.

What are your lease terms and rates?

We currently offer 6, 9, 12, 13 and 14 month leases.  Our rates are based on the rental community and apartment style.  Rates range from $599.00 per month to $1,585.00 per month.

How do my children get to school?

All of our rental communities welcome children and all three communites are located in the Walled Lake Schools District which provides transportation for students.
